Training classes
Training classes for adventure sports are usually limited to ten people to provide hands on, one-on-one training. All participants receive personal attention to ensure they leave the training camp with an ability to work as a team and the skills necessary to aggressively compete in adventure racing and life.
The training classes include:
* Mountain bike training and techniques, including field repairs and upgrades. * Land Navigation and Orienteering * Endurance Nutrition * Team Development and Leadership, overcoming the obstacles necessary to reach your goal. * Canoe Techniques and Skills, working as a team. * Kayak Techniques and Skills, for when you are on your own. * Rope 101, ropes, knots, devices and rigging. * Rope 102, climbing, rappelling and traversing techniques.
